An electric rail transfer cart carries parts and production loads along fixed workshop or yard tracks.
Link fabrication, machining and assembly stations with a defined ground-level transport route. A flat or project-specific deck supports the load while the power supply is chosen around travel distance and site conditions.
Rail-running chassis for repeated point-to-point transfer.
Battery, low-voltage rail, cable reel, trailing cable or conductor supply options.
Deck fixtures can be selected for the shape and handling method of the load.

Ranges apply to different model configurations. Capacity, dimensions and options must be confirmed together for the intended duty.
Confirm track gauge, rail length, deck size, loading method and the available electrical supply.
Electric rail transfer cart
An electric rail transfer cart carries parts and production loads along fixed workshop or yard tracks.
A load-bearing deck and wheeled chassis carry goods on fixed rails. Traction supply is separate from the supported load path; a rail transfer cart is a transport machine and is not an overhead crane.
For repeated movement of parts, dies or assemblies between fixed stations. Track geometry, foundation reactions, stopping positions and the method of loading must be coordinated with surrounding equipment.
Before work, authorised personnel confirm the load and its centre of gravity, the permitted machine configuration, the route and receiving position. Complete the checks specified for the equipment, verify protective functions by the approved method and stop if a defect affects safe operation.
Stop and secure the cart for loading, place the load within the approved support envelope and restrain it as required. Clear the route, travel under the authorised control mode and prevent movement during unloading.
After the task, place the load on stable supports and leave the equipment in its prescribed safe state. Record faults and abnormal events. Maintenance or jam clearance requires secure isolation of relevant energy, including stored hydraulic, pneumatic and gravitational energy.
Do not ride on a goods-only cart or place loads where they obstruct controls and sight lines. Prevent access to wheel and rail pinch points and verify that cable, battery or conductor-rail maintenance is carried out with the relevant energy sources isolated.
Inspection frequency, wear/discard criteria, lubrication, brake adjustment and replacement parts follow the supplied instructions and applicable local requirements. Only competent personnel may maintain the equipment; return to service follows the prescribed checks.
This is an equipment-selection and operating-principle overview, not a complete operator manual, lift plan or certificate. Verify rated load, duty, geometry, environment and protective functions against the nameplate, approved drawings and delivered instructions. Do not combine separate series maxima into one promised configuration.
Requirements follow the destination and installation, not the website language. China: determine the applicable GB/T references and statutory equipment obligations. EAEU destinations: check the applicable TR CU/EAEU regulations, amendments and conformity documents. English-speaking markets: select the relevant national rules; US OSHA and UK HSE references are not universal law. EU projects require their own applicable conformity assessment.
