An intelligent overhead crane uses a rigid guided lifting arrangement for controlled handling of bags, coils, pallets and process materials.
Pick a load from a defined position and place it at the next process station. The rigid mast guides the lifting movement, while the chosen gripper and control functions are configured around the material and handover task.
Rigid guidance limits load swing during the guided lifting motion.
Dedicated gripping arrangements for different materials.
Recognition, gripping and route-planning functions can be configured for the process.
| Model | Rated capacity (t) | Span (m) |
|---|---|---|
| MRIC500 | 0.5 | 20 |
| MRIC2000 | 2 | 20 |
| MRIC5000 | 5 | 20–30 |
| MRIC10000 | 10 | 20–40 |
| MRIC20000 | 20 | 20–40 |
Ranges apply to different model configurations. Capacity, dimensions and options must be confirmed together for the intended duty.

Rigid-mast intelligent overhead crane
An intelligent overhead crane uses a rigid guided lifting arrangement for controlled handling of bags, coils, pallets and process materials.
A rigid guide constrains the lifting attachment, reducing free pendulum motion compared with a freely suspended hook. Guidance introduces its own horizontal reactions and alignment requirements; it does not eliminate collision or dropped-load hazards.
For repeatable placement of bags, coils, pallets or process materials using a matching gripper. Recognition and automatic route functions are options to be verified for the actual material and cell layout.
Before work, authorised personnel confirm the load and its centre of gravity, the permitted machine configuration, the route and receiving position. Complete the checks specified for the equipment, verify protective functions by the approved method and stop if a defect affects safe operation.
Confirm the load identity, gripper engagement and receiving position before authorising a cycle. Keep the guided path unobstructed and use the validated sequence for gripping, lifting, transfer, placement and release.
After the task, place the load on stable supports and leave the equipment in its prescribed safe state. Record faults and abnormal events. Maintenance or jam clearance requires secure isolation of relevant energy, including stored hydraulic, pneumatic and gravitational energy.
Do not use the mast to push or prise a load. Guard automatic areas and isolate all relevant energy before entering for jam clearance. Standards for freely suspended hoists should not be assumed to cover this guided-load arrangement without a scope assessment.
Inspection frequency, wear/discard criteria, lubrication, brake adjustment and replacement parts follow the supplied instructions and applicable local requirements. Only competent personnel may maintain the equipment; return to service follows the prescribed checks.
This is an equipment-selection and operating-principle overview, not a complete operator manual, lift plan or certificate. Verify rated load, duty, geometry, environment and protective functions against the nameplate, approved drawings and delivered instructions. Do not combine separate series maxima into one promised configuration.
Requirements follow the destination and installation, not the website language. China: determine the applicable GB/T references and statutory equipment obligations. EAEU destinations: check the applicable TR CU/EAEU regulations, amendments and conformity documents. English-speaking markets: select the relevant national rules; US OSHA and UK HSE references are not universal law. EU projects require their own applicable conformity assessment.
