A hydraulic gantry lifting system supports heavy-equipment installation, lifting transformers, machinery and large industrial assemblies.
Raise a transformer from its transport support or lift a large machine during installation. Hydraulic lifting columns and an overhead beam arrangement support the planned lift around the equipment and site clearances.
Hydraulic lifting columns support the overhead lifting arrangement.
Span and height ranges vary across the listed system models.
Remote operation supports control from a suitable observation position.
| Model | Rated capacity (t) | Span (m) | Lift height (m) |
|---|---|---|---|
| MHHC50 | 50 | 6–40 | 6–30 |
| MHHC100 | 100 | 6–40 | 6–30 |
| MHHC200 | 200 | 8–35 | 6–25 |
| MHHC400 | 400 | 8–35 | 6–25 |
| MHHC800 | 800 | 8–25 | 5–20 |
| MHHC1000 | 1000 | 8–25 | 5–20 |
Ranges apply to different model configurations. Capacity, dimensions and options must be confirmed together for the intended duty.
Confirm lifting-point loads, required lift sequence, headroom and foundation reactions for the complete system.
Hydraulic gantry lifting system
A hydraulic gantry lifting system supports heavy-equipment installation, lifting transformers, machinery and large industrial assemblies.
Hydraulic lifting columns support an overhead beam arrangement for heavy equipment installation. Column reactions, beam loading, attachment positions and the supporting track or floor form one engineered load path.
For planned positioning of transformers, machinery and large assemblies, including sites with restricted overhead access. Capacity must be checked at the actual extension, support geometry and movement stage.
Before work, authorised personnel confirm the load and its centre of gravity, the permitted machine configuration, the route and receiving position. Complete the checks specified for the equipment, verify protective functions by the approved method and stop if a defect affects safe operation.
Implement a competent person’s lifting plan, set and verify the supports, then take up load while monitoring column loads and alignment. Lift or translate only in the approved sequence and transfer the load onto designed supports before dismantling.
After the task, place the load on stable supports and leave the equipment in its prescribed safe state. Record faults and abnormal events. Maintenance or jam clearance requires secure isolation of relevant energy, including stored hydraulic, pneumatic and gravitational energy.
Do not assume equal load sharing or combine the maximum ratings of separate columns. Keep personnel outside the load zone, prevent unintended lateral forces and never rely solely on hydraulic pressure when personnel must approach for maintenance.
Inspection frequency, wear/discard criteria, lubrication, brake adjustment and replacement parts follow the supplied instructions and applicable local requirements. Only competent personnel may maintain the equipment; return to service follows the prescribed checks.
This is an equipment-selection and operating-principle overview, not a complete operator manual, lift plan or certificate. Verify rated load, duty, geometry, environment and protective functions against the nameplate, approved drawings and delivered instructions. Do not combine separate series maxima into one promised configuration.
Requirements follow the destination and installation, not the website language. China: determine the applicable GB/T references and statutory equipment obligations. EAEU destinations: check the applicable TR CU/EAEU regulations, amendments and conformity documents. English-speaking markets: select the relevant national rules; US OSHA and UK HSE references are not universal law. EU projects require their own applicable conformity assessment.
