Load-specific decks and fixtures adapt a transfer cart to coils, lifting handovers, tilting operations and roller transfer.
A flat deck does not suit every material. A coil saddle supports round stock, a lifting deck aligns handover heights, and rollers or fixtures interface with the next process. The deck and vehicle are engineered together.
Saddles and fixtures support load-specific contact points.
Lifting or tilting decks serve the required process motion.
Roller arrangements support transfer to matching station equipment.
The lifting or transfer arrangement is selected around your load and site. Share the required capacity, dimensions and operating sequence to define the configuration.
Share the load drawing, support limits, transfer height and required movement. This is a configured solution rather than a fixed-capacity standalone model.
Custom transfer-cart decks
Load-specific decks and fixtures adapt a transfer cart to coils, lifting handovers, tilting operations and roller transfer.
This is a configured deck and fixture service: saddles, supports, lifting or tilting elements and rollers are selected to match the load and transfer process. It is not one machine with a universal capacity or motion sequence.
Examples include coil support, alignment with a production station and controlled transfer to matching rollers. The combined cart, deck and load must be reviewed as a single system.
Before work, authorised personnel confirm the load and its centre of gravity, the permitted machine configuration, the route and receiving position. Complete the checks specified for the equipment, verify protective functions by the approved method and stop if a defect affects safe operation.
Confirm the supported shape and restraint before loading. Enable lifting, tilting or roller transfer only after the cart and receiving station are secured and the required interlocks confirm readiness.
After the task, place the load on stable supports and leave the equipment in its prescribed safe state. Record faults and abnormal events. Maintenance or jam clearance requires secure isolation of relevant energy, including stored hydraulic, pneumatic and gravitational energy.
Assess the centre of gravity through the full motion and protect every shear or pinch point. Added fixtures reduce the payload available within the cart’s total permissible load; do not alter them without a revised load assessment.
Inspection frequency, wear/discard criteria, lubrication, brake adjustment and replacement parts follow the supplied instructions and applicable local requirements. Only competent personnel may maintain the equipment; return to service follows the prescribed checks.
This is an equipment-selection and operating-principle overview, not a complete operator manual, lift plan or certificate. Verify rated load, duty, geometry, environment and protective functions against the nameplate, approved drawings and delivered instructions. Do not combine separate series maxima into one promised configuration.
Requirements follow the destination and installation, not the website language. China: determine the applicable GB/T references and statutory equipment obligations. EAEU destinations: check the applicable TR CU/EAEU regulations, amendments and conformity documents. English-speaking markets: select the relevant national rules; US OSHA and UK HSE references are not universal law. EU projects require their own applicable conformity assessment.
